Block 80# Microcrystalline Wax (Mainstream Export Type): It appears as white/light yellow blocks, with dense texture, no caking and no impurities. It is the mainstream form exported to the Middle East, Russia and Tanzania, easy to store, transport and batch process, and widely used in large-scale scenarios such as industrial production, candle making and hot melt adhesive processing. Granular 80# Microcrystalline Wax (Convenient Processing Type): It appears as white/light yellow granular, with uniform particle size and good fluidity. It can be directly put into production without pre-crushing, adapting to small and medium-sized processing enterprises, cosmetics, precision casting and other scenarios with high requirements for processing convenience, and has prominent demand in civil processing in Tanzania and electronic packaging in Russia.

Suitable Melting Point and Outstanding High-Temperature Resistance: The dropping melting point is stably maintained at 78~82℃, suitable for the high-temperature environment in the Middle East, not easy to soften and deform. Basic Principle of Microcrystalline Wax

Microcrystalline Wax is produced from heavy distillates of crude oil through refining, dewaxing, and hydrotreating. It has a fine, compact crystal structure with longer branched-chain hydrocarbons, giving it higher flexibility, toughness, and adhesion compared with paraffin wax. Its properties can be adjusted by controlling melting point, oil content, and crystallinity to meet different industrial and commercial applications.

Raw Material Preparation
