Fully refined paraffin wax (Customs Code: 27122000) is a high-purity white solid processed by deep refining, deoiling and decolorization, with oil content < 0.75% and stable performance. As the mainstream paraffin category exported from China to the Middle East, Russia and Tanzania, its core grades are 58# and 60#. With the advantages of white color, no peculiar smell, moderate melting point and strong adaptability, it is widely used in various civil and industrial fields in the three regions and is the core competitive product of China’s paraffin export.

Basic Principles and System Composition
The core function of fully refined paraffin wax is to use its characteristics of "melting and forming, sealing and protection, lubrication and isolation, heat preservation and fresh-keeping" to adapt to the use needs of different downstream scenarios. Its working principle is based on its own physical and chemical properties, combined with processing technology and application scenarios, as follows: Melting and Forming Principle: Fully refined paraffin wax can melt quickly at a temperature of 58℃-60℃, showing a uniform liquid state with excellent fluidity. It can fill molds or attach to the surface of objects through casting, spraying, soaking and other processes, and solidify and form quickly after cooling, forming a uniform and moderately hard solid layer, adapting to scenarios such as candle and mold forming. Sealing and Protection Principle: The solidified fully refined paraffin wax has a dense texture, which can form a dense protective film, isolating air, moisture, dust and other external impurities, preventing the protected objects from getting damp, oxidized and corroded, adapting to food packaging, electronic packaging, metal rust prevention and other scenarios, and extending the product storage cycle. Lubrication and Isolation Principle: Fully refined paraffin wax has good lubricating performance, which can be used as an isolating agent and release agent. Applied to the surface of molds and equipment, it reduces friction between objects, facilitates mold release and disassembly, avoids adhesion, adapts to industrial molds, rubber processing and other scenarios, and improves processing efficiency. Heat Preservation and Fresh-Keeping Principle: Paraffin itself has poor thermal conductivity, and the solid layer formed after solidification can play a role in heat insulation, while isolating external bacteria and moisture. It can be used in agricultural product preservation, food heat preservation and other scenarios, delaying the rot of agricultural products and food deterioration, adapting to the needs of agricultural product preservation in Tanzania and food packaging in the Middle East.
