Product Introduction

It is an isotropic, uniform single-phase microemulsion (Winsor Ⅳ) spontaneously formed by mixing limonene, comb-like polymeric surfactant, cosolvent, water and other components.

Featuring spherical core-shell structure, nano-scale particle size, low interfacial tension, two-way wettability alteration, good temperature and salt resistance, it can improve sweep efficiency, reduce injection pressure, enhance imbibition oil washing efficiency and increase crude oil mobility in micro-nano pores, thus effectively improving the pressure flooding effect in low to ultra-low permeability reservoirs.

Using a homogeneous microemulsion as the carrier, this product forms a thermodynamically stable system via surfactants. After entering the formation, it greatly reduces oil‑water interfacial tension, alters rock surface wettability, and strips crude oil attached to the rock. During fracturing, the microemulsion penetrates deep into fractures and pores, emulsifies and disperses crude oil, improves flowability, and reduces flow resistance. Through the synergistic effects of oil displacement, plug removal, and permeability enhancement, it achieves both fracturing stimulation and enhanced oil recovery, effectively increasing well production.

Basic Principles and System Composition

Solution Preparation Raw materials are added to the mixing tank in proportion. Pre-mixing is conducted to form a preliminary emulsion, which is then processed by a high-pressure homogenizer to produce a stable homogeneous microemulsion.
On-site Blending The qualified microemulsion is transferred to a liquid-mixing truck, where it is evenly blended with fracturing fluid or displacement fluid according to the design ratio.
High-pressure Injection A high-pressure fracturing pump or displacement pump injects the mixed fluid into the formation at a controlled rate and pressure, realizing reservoir fracturing and oil displacement.
Real-time Monitoring The instrument monitoring vehicle collects pressure, displacement, concentration and other parameters in real time to adjust operation and ensure construction safety.
Post-treatment & Evaluation After injection, production flowback and fluid analysis are carried out to evaluate the oil displacement effect and guide subsequent adjustment.
