Product Introduction

It is an isotropic, uniform single-phase microemulsion (Winsor Ⅳ type) spontaneously formed by mixing limonene, comb-like polymeric surfactant, cosolvent, water and other components.

Featuring spherical core-shell structure, controllable nano-scale particle size, ultra-low interfacial tension and high viscosity reduction rate, it combines the viscosity reduction effects of surfactant and limonene solvent.

It overcomes the shortcomings of poor temperature resistance of water-soluble viscosity reducers and poor safety of oil-soluble viscosity reducers. As a new type of viscosity reducer, it fills the gap in the industry.

This product adopts a microemulsified viscosity reduction mechanism and forms a uniform and stable microemulsion system through surfactants.

It forms a low-viscosity emulsion with crude oil and water, greatly reducing the apparent viscosity of crude oil.

Flowback & Production Open the well to flow back residual liquid and restore well production. Crude oil fluidity is significantly improved to achieve normal recovery.
