Concrete mixer truck (transit mixer) is specially designed for the transportation of ready-mixed concrete. The vehicle is equipped with a bi-directionally rotating mixing drum, which keeps rotating at a low speed during transportation to prevent concrete from segregation and solidification, ensuring its slump and workability.
The drum is hydraulically driven, enabling charging, mixing and discharging operations. A discharge chute and hopper are fitted at the rear, allowing concrete to be delivered directly to the pouring site.
The whole truck features large loading capacity, stable driving and convenient operation, and is widely used in concrete construction sites such as building construction, roads and bridges.

Pre-operation Preparation:
Inspect the wellsite road conditions and operating space; check that all equipment components are fault-free and fluids are sufficient; preset parameters such as pressure, displacement and cement slurry density according to well conditions.Cement Slurry Preparation:
Start the water pump to supply water to the preset flow rate; open the ash discharge valve to mix dry cement with water at high speed; monitor density in real time with a density meter and automatically adjust the water-cement ratio to meet standards; start the circulating pump for agitation to prevent slurry segregation.High-pressure Cement Injection:
