Product Introduction

Service Rig, also commonly referred to as a Workover Rig, is a key piece of mechanical equipment specially designed for downhole operations in oil and gas fields. It is mainly used to perform maintenance, reconstruction, and restoration work on oil and gas wells that have been put into production.
Its typical applications include well repair, pump inspection, tubing replacement, paraffin removal, sand washing, plugging, sidetracking, and other downhole operations. By lifting, lowering, and operating downhole tools, the service rig ensures the normal production capacity of oil and gas wells, prolongs their service life, and improves overall oil and gas recovery efficiency.
Compared with large drilling rigs, workover rigs feature a more compact structure, higher mobility, lower operating cost, and stronger adaptability to complex well conditions. They are essential supporting equipment in the later stage of oilfield development and production maintenance.
