Through precision processes such as vacuum distillation and solvent deasphalting, impurities, moisture and light components in the raw material are removed, improving the purity and cohesive performance of asphalt, laying a foundation for the core performance of the product and ensuring stable asphalt quality. Precise Penetration Control Technology: By adjusting the distillation temperature and component ratio, the penetration and softening point of asphalt are precisely controlled, and different grade products such as 60/70, 70/90 and 90/100# are produced, which are respectively adapted to high-temperature, general and low-temperature working conditions, meeting the differentiated needs of the three major markets. Anti-Aging and Temperature-Resistant Modification Technology: Anti-aging agents and antioxidants are added to improve the UV resistance and oxidation resistance of asphalt and delay the outdoor aging speed; high-temperature resistant modifiers are added for high temperature in the Middle East to improve the softening point; low-temperature modifiers are added for temperate zone in Russia to enhance low-temperature flexibility and adapt to different climates. Water Damage Resistance Enhancement Technology: Emulsification modification process is adopted to improve the water stripping resistance of asphalt, so that the cohesive force between asphalt and aggregate is not affected by water, avoiding pavement looseness, potholes and other diseases caused by rainwater erosion, and adapting to humid and hot conditions in Tanzania, rainy conditions in the Middle East and other working conditions. Large-Scale Stable Production Technology: Automatic continuous production process is adopted to precisely control parameters such as temperature and time in the production process, ensuring uniform quality and stable performance of batch-produced asphalt; relying on huge refining and chemical production capacity, large-scale supply is realized to meet the batch needs of large-scale infrastructure projects in the three major markets.

Basic Working Principle
Bitumen is a complex hydrocarbon material with viscoelastic properties. At room temperature, it behaves as a solid with adhesion and cohesion, binding aggregates tightly to form a stable structure. With temperature changes, it shows plasticity and fluidity, allowing construction and forming a durable, waterproof layer after cooling.
Overall System Composition
Base Bitumen Primary petroleum residue with basic bonding and waterproofing properties. Mineral Fillers Stone powder, limestone powder to enhance strength and stability. Aggregate Crushed stone, sand for structural support and load resistance. Polymer Modifiers (for modified bitumen) SBS, APP to improve high- and low-temperature performance. Additives Anti-aging, anti-oxidation and adhesion promoters.
Basic Principles and System Composition
Operating Process
Heating & melting Heat and melt asphalt/bitumen to working temperature. Mixing Mix bitumen with aggregates and fillers uniformly. Transportation Transport the mixture to construction site under heat preservation. Paving Spread the mixture evenly with an asphalt paver.
