Bottom loading and unloading with fully closed operation, extremely low oil vapor emission, meeting environmental protection and explosion-proof requirements. Dual-pipeline structure (liquid phase + gas phase), realizing simultaneous loading/unloading and vapor recovery. Multi-joint rotary design with large movement range, adapting to parking positions of different vehicle models. Built-in balance mechanism for easy operation and hovering at any position. Equipped with emergency breakaway valve and dry quick coupling as standard to prevent pull-off and leakage. Compliant with international standards such as API, ADR and EN, suitable for overseas markets including the Middle East, Russia and Tanzania. Main body made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel, featuring corrosion resistance, lightweight and long service life.

Basic Working Principle
Basic Principle:Quickly connect to the tank truck through the bottom interface, complete liquid loading/unloading and oil vapor return in a closed system to achieve leak-free and volatile-free operation. The breakaway valve will shut off automatically in case of accidental pulling to prevent medium leakage.

Operating Procedures
PreparationPark the tank truck securely, apply the parking brake, and place wheel chocks.Connect the static grounding wire and inspect valves and couplings. ConnectionDeploy the inner and outer arms → Align with the bottom interface of the tank truck.Push and lock the dry coupling, then open the valves. OperationOpen the gas phase valve first to balance pressure → Then open the liquid phase valve.Start the pump / begin gravity loading/unloading, and monitor liquid level and pressure. FinishingClose the liquid phase valve → Close the gas phase valve.Drain residual liquid in the arm (by nitrogen or self-pressure) and let stand for 30 seconds. DisconnectionRotate reversely to close the dry coupling → Disconnect the joint.Retract and lock the arm, then remove the static grounding wire.
