Process Flow
Crude Oil Pre-treatmentCrude oil is heated through heat exchange and enters the electrostatic desalting tank for desalting and dehydration before being delivered. Heat Exchange & Temperature RiseThe treated crude oil undergoes multiple heat exchanges with bottom oil, mid-pump reflux, and products to recover waste heat. Atmospheric Heating & DistillationCrude oil is heated to approximately 360°C in the atmospheric furnace and fed into the atmospheric tower for distillation. Gasoline/naphtha is obtained from the tower top, kerosene and diesel oil are extracted from side streams, and atmospheric residue is collected at the tower bottom. Vacuum Heating & DistillationAtmospheric residue is heated in the vacuum furnace and fed into the vacuum tower for distillation under high vacuum. Vacuum gas oil (as FCC feedstock) is produced from side streams, and vacuum residue is obtained at the tower bottom. Condensation, Reflux & Product DeliveryEach side-stream product is cooled, settled, and refined before being delivered out of the unit. Part of the distillate is returned to the tower as reflux to maintain stable distillation. System Circulation & ControlThe vacuum system operates continuously.
