Product Introduction
The twin-screw air compressor for petroleum exploitation is a core power equipment in links such as petroleum drilling, workover, and oil-gas gathering and transportation. Designed specifically for harsh field working conditions of petroleum, it mainly provides stable compressed air for petroleum drilling rig pneumatic tools, instrument air supply, drilling purging, wellhead pressurization and associated gas recovery. As the most exported compressor model made in China to the Middle East, Russia and Tanzania, with the advantages of high efficiency and stability, wear resistance and weather resistance, and strong adaptability, it is widely used in various oil and gas fields in the three regions, adapting to complex environments such as deserts, severe cold and tropical grasslands, and is the preferred equipment for global petroleum exploitation.
Types and Characteristics of Equipment
Type
Combined with the petroleum exploitation scenarios and the differences in working conditions of the three major export markets in the Middle East, Russia and Tanzania, three major mainstream models are mainly offered, covering all types of compressed air needs for petroleum exploitation, and specifications can be customized on demand: Oil-Injected Twin-Screw Air Compressor (Main Export Model): With the highest export volume ratio, it adopts oil-injection cooling, lubrication and sealing technology, with low operating noise, good heat dissipation effect and stable pressure, suitable for conventional operations such as petroleum drilling rig pneumatic tools and instrument air supply, and is a universal main model in the three major markets. Skid-Mounted Twin-Screw Air Compressor: Integrated skid-mounted design, integrating compressor, cooling system and control system, wind-sand and rain-snow proof, can be quickly hoisted and moved, adapting to field mobile operations such as Middle East deserts and Russian permafrost and drilling needs in remote blocks. Two-Stage Compression Twin-Screw Air Compressor: Adopting two-stage screw series compression structure, with reasonable compression ratio, less leakage, outstanding energy-saving effect and larger air displacement, suitable for high-pressure and large-flow operation scenarios such as wellhead pressurization and associated gas recovery in large oil and gas fields in the Middle East and Russia.

Basic Principles and System Composition
Basic Working Principle
The twin-screw air compressor for petroleum exploitation relies on the principle of "rotor meshing volume compression" to compress air into high-pressure gas through the meshing rotation of male and female rotors, providing power for petroleum exploitation operations, with a simple, efficient and stable process, as follows: Air Intake Stage: The motor drives the male rotor to rotate through the coupling, and the male rotor drives the female rotor to rotate reversely and synchronously through tooth surface meshing. The closed cavity formed by their meshing gradually expands at the air intake end, and external air is sucked into the cavity through the air intake under atmospheric pressure. Compression Stage: With the continuous rotation of the male and female rotors, the closed cavity formed by meshing moves to the exhaust end. The volume of the cavity gradually decreases due to the rotor tooth profile design, and the air in the cavity is continuously compressed, with pressure and temperature increasing continuously, realizing volumetric compression of air. Exhaust Stage: When the closed cavity moves to the exhaust port and the air pressure in the cavity reaches the preset value, the cavity is connected with the exhaust port, and the high-pressure compressed air is discharged under the action of pressure difference. After cooling and filtering, it is transported to various petroleum exploitation equipment to complete power supply.

Basic Principles and System Composition
Gas or fluid is drawn into the pump through an intake filter. The pump compresses the medium to increase pressure via mechanical motion. Pressurized medium is discharged through pipelines after pressure and safety checks. The cooling and lubrication systems maintain stable operation throughout the process.
