Product Introduction
Screw pump is a positive displacement rotary pump. Through the precise cooperation between the screw and the stator, it realizes continuous, stable and pulse-free delivery of media. It is widely used in oil and gas, chemical industry, water treatment, mining, agriculture and other fields, especially suitable for the delivery of complex media such as high viscosity, particle-containing and gas-containing media. It is one of the core pump equipment exported to regions such as the Middle East, Russia and Tanzania.
Types and Characteristics of Equipment
Type
Characteristics: Simple structure, capable of conveying high-viscosity, sand-bearing and fiber-containing media; stable operation with small pulsation, strong self-priming ability; low energy consumption and easy maintenance.
Features
Strong anti-clogging ability, suitable for viscous media. Stable flow and pressure with low pulsation during operation. Good self-priming performance and long service life.

Oil pumping unit
An oil pumping unit is a common mechanical device for extracting crude oil from wells.

Oil pumping unit
It is widely known as a nodding donkey and plays a key role in onshore oil production.
Basic Principles and System Composition
Basic Working Principle
A screw pump forms closed chambers between the screw and the stator. As the screw rotates, these chambers move forward continuously, pushing the medium from the suction end to the discharge end to achieve continuous pressurized delivery.
Overall System Composition
Surface Connection Device: Coupling, wellhead sealing, support frame Core Pump Components: Rotor, stator, drive shaft, bearings, inlet and outlet assembly Auxiliary System: Sealing system, lubrication and cooling system, monitoring sensors
Basic Principles and System Composition
Installation Preparation:Inspect pump body, rotor, stator and drive unit, then assemble and pressure test. Pump Positioning and Connection:Fix the screw pump on the foundation, connect inlet/outlet pipelines, motor and control system. Start-up and Commissioning:Start lubrication and cooling system, run without load, adjust speed, and check pressure, flow, vibration and temperature. Normal Operation:Medium enters the pump chamber, rotor rotates to deliver fluid, and the system runs continuously and stably. Real-time Monitoring and Maintenance:Monitor pressure, temperature, current and sealing status, and regularly maintain wearing parts. Shutdown and Overhaul:Shut down according to procedures, release pressure, clean, inspect wear of rotor and stator, and replace if necessary.
