An oil pumping unit (also known as a pumping unit) is the core surface equipment in the oil extraction process. It is mainly used to lift crude oil from the underground formation to the surface, and is an indispensable production equipment for conventional oilfields, low-yield wells and various special working condition oilfields (such as deserts and alpine regions). Its core function is to drive the downhole oil pump to do reciprocating or rotating motion through the transmission of surface power, so as to realize the continuous extraction of crude oil.
