Product Introduction

Based on a single-phase microemulsion spontaneously formed by limonene, surfactant, complexing agent, cosolvent and water in a certain proportion, the acid system is formed through organic acid oxidation, nucleophilic addition reaction and electron cloud rearrangement among molecules.

It integrates the dual functions of microemulsion and organic acid, dissolves and etches to enhance permeability, and improves oil washing efficiency.

As a new type of organic acid, it fills the gap in the industry.

Features

Nano‑scale acid‑in‑oil (W/O) slow‑release acidizing system. It features retarded reaction, low corrosion, deep penetration, strong blockage removal and high temperature stability, specially designed for low‑permeability, tight, high‑temperature and high‑calcium oil reservoirs.

Efficiently dissolves calcium scale, mud contamination and inorganic deposits, unclogs seepage channels and restores formation permeability.

Reduction of Tubing String Corrosion

Forms a protective film in the wellbore, significantly slowing acid corrosion on tubing, casing and downhole tools.

Basic Principles and System Composition

Operating Procedure

Prepare and dilute microemulsified lactic acid solution according to formation conditions. Pump the prepared acid fluid into the wellbore and target formation by injection pump. Shut in the well to ensure sufficient reaction for plug removal and oil displacement. Flow back the reacted fluid and clean the wellbore to restore oil production capacity.
