Pre-Start Preparation: Prime the pump and vent air (remove air inside the pump to avoid cavitation), close the outlet valve, open the inlet valve, and confirm the medium flow direction and valve status. Startup: Jog the motor to check the rotation direction. After confirmation, start the motor, and the impeller will gradually rotate at high speed. Conveying: Liquid is sucked in from the inlet, pressurized by the impeller, and discharged from the outlet. The flow rate is output stably according to the impeller speed. Flow Regulation: Precisely control the flow rate by adjusting the opening of the outlet valve or using a frequency converter to meet different working conditions; prolonged low-load operation is prohibited. Normal Operation and Shutdown: Monitor pressure, current and vibration parameters in real time for stable operation without abnormalities. When shutting down, close the outlet valve first and then stop the motor to prevent medium backflow from impacting the pump casing.

Basic Principles and System Composition
Basic Working Principle
The motor drives the impeller to rotate at a high speed (usually at 1450–2900 r/min). Under centrifugal force, the liquid inside the impeller is thrown from the center to the edge, gaining kinetic energy and pressure energy simultaneously. The liquid is decelerated and pressurized in the pump casing passage before being discharged from the outlet. A low-pressure zone forms at the center of the pump casing, and external liquid is continuously drawn in under atmospheric pressure, achieving continuous fluid delivery.
