Basic Working Principle

The feedstock react with hydrogen to form H₂S and NH₃ which are then removed. Olefins and aromatics are saturated, improving the stability and color of oil products, thus achieving refining and upgrading of oil products.

Basic Principles and System Composition

Process Flow

The feed oil is mixed with recycle hydrogen, heated through heat exchange, and fed into the heating furnace.It then enters the hydrogenation reactor, where hydrotreating reactions are completed under the action of a catalyst.The reaction products are cooled and sent to a high-pressure separator, where hydrogen is recycled.The liquid phase enters a low-pressure separator to remove dissolved gas.The material is fed into a stripping tower to remove light components such as H₂S and NH₃.Refined gasoline, diesel oil or kerosene is obtained at the bottom of the tower and sent out of the unit.
