Basic Working Principle

Based on the density difference between oil and gas, gravity settling is used to slow down the oilgas mixture inside the vessel. The gas rises upward while the oil liquid sinks downward, realizing automatic separation of the gasliquid two phases.

Basic Principles and System Composition

The oil-gas mixture enters the separator. It diffuses through the baffle, reducing the flow velocity. Gravity stratification: gas at the top, oil at the bottom. Gas is discharged from the top, and oil flows out from the bottom. Liquid level is automatically controlled for continuous and stable separation.
